• Question- when does new penny list come out ? Answer- New penny lists come out on Fridays & penny the following Tuesday. However they can be delayed or there may simply not be a new penny list that week. Occasionally new penny lists will pop up throughout the week.
  

• Question- What day can you go penny shopping? Answer- You can go penny shopping any day. However if you're looking for items on a new penny list that come out on Fridays those will not penny until the following Tuesday. But if you're looking for items from previous penny lists you can go any day.
  

• Question- Where are penny items located at in the store? Answer- Penny items can be found throughout the entire store. It's kinda like a game of where's Waldo except it's where's the penny. You have to look high & low. Penny items(the item that pennied) can be in their usual spot on the shelves , they can be in the clearance section, or even end caps. Sometimes people pick up items & don't put them back where they belong when they change their mind about purchasing the item. Therefore it's best to look every where.
  

• Question- I picked up a item that was on the penny list but it rang up full price at the register why? Answer- Items on the penny list have to match exactly. There can be two items that have the same exact symbols and or year but have totally different upcs. If the items upcs are different they are considered two totally different items. The dates, symbols and upc must match to be considered the correct item. Items can look identical & have only one thing different & that will make it the wrong item. Also there are times when it's the correct item 100% everything matches but it doesn't ring up a penny. This happens when the item is ymmv (your mileage may vary) meaning the item is only a penny at some stores but not all . There are also times that everything is matched up correctly & the item is a penny everywhere & you've even verified but it's still not ringing up correctly. This happens when a store doesn't shut down their computers correctly . Therefore items will not ring up correctly .
